摘要: <正>用同工酶分析了铅笔柏、圆柏、杜松、欧洲刺柏四个树种的雌株与雄株的过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶。试验结果表明,雌株与雄株的同工酶谱带数目,酶谱图式有明显的差异,说明树木的性别表现与同工酶有密切关系。同工酶可作为树木性别分化的一个指标。

Abstract: By means of isozymes analysis, the authors studied the peroxidase and esterase patterns of mature needles of the female and male individuals of four species:Eastern Redceder (Sabina virginiana (L.) Ant.),Chinese Juniper (Sabina chinem (L.) Ant.),Needle Juniper (Juniperus rigida Sieb. et Zucc.) andCommon Juniper (Juniperus communis L.).The results of our experiments showed that there are clear differences both in zymogram numbers and patterns between the female and male individuals of each species. There seems to be a close relationship between sex expressions and isozymes, which may be considered as an indication of sex differentiation in different tree species.
