摘要: <正>本文从纸页干燥机理的角度阐述了热风罩对于纸页干燥过程的作用。简要地叙述了热风罩设计时,风温、风速等参数的选择及这种流程的设计指导思想和优缺点。对于设计计算过程作了比较详细的介绍,以期读者能掌握这种流程设计的全过程。本文还对多次循环后的极限湿含量作了较详细的推导。采用部分热风回用流程,可做到消耗少而收益高,在我国目前生产情况下,不失为一种强化干燥的有效措施。

Abstract: On the basis of drying mechanism, this paper deals with the function of a heated-air hool used in the process of drying paper sheets. Guiding principles in designing the proess and the adventages and disadventages of this equipment are discussed. Variable; of air temperature and blast velocity to be chosen in a design are analysed and illustrated. Detailed description has been given to the process of the calculations in designing a heated-air hood. The limit moisture equivalent in the heated-air after recircu aion has also been evaluated. To reuse part of the outlet air in order to get the maximum benefit at the lowest cost is considered to be an effective measure in raising drying capacity in the production in China today.
