摘要: <正>观察了黑杨派Populus deltoides Bartr. cv. ’Lux’ (ex. I-69/55), Populus ×euramericana (Dode) Guinier. cv. ’San Martino’ (ex’ I-72/58) and Populus ×euramericana (Dode) Guinier (ex, I-214)的胚珠、大孢子和雌配子体的发育。胚珠是倒生的,成熟时为单珠被和厚珠心,两层珠被从表皮起生,孢原组织由单细胞组成,原始的造孢细胞直接起大孢子母细胞的作用,大孢子母细胞形成直线形的四分体,四分体合点端的大孢子具有功能并发育为正常型(Polygonum型)胚囊,雌配子体发育后期穿透珠心,突出于珠孔中。但Ⅰ-72的孢原组织是由多细胞组成,并具二个线形的大孢子四分体,Ⅰ-72的部分胚珠中四分体合点端的第二个大孢子为有功能的。

Abstract: The development of the ovule, megaspore and megagametophyte in Populus del-toides Bartr. cv. ’Lux’ (ex.I-69/55), Populus × euramericana (Dode) Guinier. cv. ’San Martino’ (ex. I-72/58) and Populus × euramericana (Dode) Guinier (ex. I-214) of Aigeiros poplars was observed. The ovule is anatropous, unitegmic and crassinu-cellate. Both integuments originate from the epidermis. The archesporium is considered to be unicellular. The primary sporogenous cell functions as the megaspore mother cell which forms a linear tetrad. The chalazal member of the megaspore tetrad is functional and develops into a polygonum-type embryo sac. During the later stages of development the megagametophyte projects through the nucellus into the micropyle. The archesporium is considered to be multicellular, but more than one archesporial cell may develop and thus two linear tetrads of megaspores may be found in few ovules of I-72. In some ovules of I-72, the second megaspore in the charazal region of the tetrad is functional.
