木素酸钠对栀子花嫩枝扦插发根性能的试验

摘要: <正>本试验连续进行两次。后一次试验中,经240,150,90,60,30和0ppm木素酸钠溶液处理过的插技,转移到自来水中17天后,其根平均长度分别为213,195,194,155,145和 9mm。由此看来,木素酸钠可能是一种促进生根的植物生长素。

Abstract: Two successive experiments have been carried out and in the latter one the average length of the roots of the cuttings of Capejasmine treated with 240, 150, 90, 60, 30 and 0 ppm solution of sodium lignate for 48 hours and soaked in tap water for 17 days afterwards are 213, 195, 194, 155, 145 and 9 mm. respectively. It seems that sodium lignate could be used as a kind of auxin for rooting success.
