摘要: <正>本文介绍了在实验室内应用应变片电测技术测定链锯锯木阻力的方法,并测定了节距10.26毫米的万能锯链锯切马尾松生材时的切削阻力。分析了切削速度、屑片厚度、进给力、锯口长度和锯齿类型对锯切指标的影响。对两类不同的链锯,在选择最佳锯切工况时应采用不同的方法。
Abstract: This paper reported on the method to measure wood resistance against chain saws and to find out the cross-cutting resistance formed during cutting green wood of Pinus Massoniana with chain saws of 10.26mm (0.404inc.) picth. On the basis of experiments, the important factors such as cutting velocity, sawdust thickness, feed force, saw kerf lenth and teeth type were analyzed.In order to obtain the best cutting performance, different methods should applied for the two different kinds of saws.
