摘要: <正>我们研制的原木光电检测仪是采用南林-Ⅰ型的直径传感器原理,配备TP-801单板计算机进行控制和数据处理。名为南林-Ⅱ型原木光电检测仪。它能自动、连续、非接触地测量原木长度、直径、单根材积,累加材积及根数。并由打印机自动打印记录。 它测量准确,重复性好。测量直径的实际误差≤0.5cm。整个装置体积小,结构简单牢靠,可大大提高劳动生产率,减轻劳动强度。是贮木场、制材厂、造纸厂等原木检测、分选、造材、合理下锯等生产过程自动化中的一项关键设备。

Abstract: We introduce in this article a kind of log scanner which uses the Nanling-1 type log diameter scanner principle and is equiped with TP-801 single board computer (on slice) for control and data-processing. It is named Nanling-2 type log scanner. The scanner can measure the length, diameter and volume of a single log, and the accumulative tatal volume of logs, and count the number of logs automatically, continuously and contactlessly. All these parameters can be recorded by an automatic typewrite. The single board computer can also be used as a special calculator for the log’s volume. Once the values of length and diameter of a log are put in, it can automatically calculate the log’s volume according to the state criterion. And the result is typed out.The scanner measures accurately, the errors made in diameter measurement being within 0.5cm. It has a good repeatability and stability. It can measure the smaller end of the log from 5 to 65cm in diameter, the resolution being 0.5cm.
