辐射松木材的常压过热蒸汽干燥

摘要: <正>近年来,我国陆续从智利等国家进口了辐射松木材。为提高木制品质量,缩短干燥周期,降低生产成本,我们采用常压过热蒸汽作为干燥介质,对辐射松木材进行干燥处理,能收到良好的经济效果。本文是生产性试验的初步小结。 一、试材 1.试材来源于智利。被干试材已开锯成1440×93×50mm(长×宽×高)。试材初含水率在100%以上。 2.试验前用五块试件作代表,对试材的公定容积重作了测定,平均容重为0.417g/cm~3。 3.试验前采用南京林产工业学院提出的方式,对试材的干缩系数进行了测定与分析,见表1。

Abstract: The drying of the lumber of monterey pine (Pinus radiata) with super-heated steam was tested and analysed. Results showed that good economic effects could be achieved by using super-heated steam as a drying medium to dry the lumber of Pinus radiata.
