橡胶木材快速窑干技术的研究

摘要: <正>用《侧下风机式82型木材干燥窑》对橡胶木材进行生产性窑干试验,发现采用“单向升温常规强化基准”可实现快速窑干。2厘米厚板材从含水率60%干到10%只需16h,5×5cm方材,从含水率45%干到8%需36h。对3.3cm厚板材采用白天烘12h,夜间“闷窑”12h的间断干燥,含水率47%干到10%需4昼夜。三次试验干燥质量均达到一等品标准。干燥延续期同国外某些国家比较可缩短3~5倍。文章还讨论了橡胶木材实施快速窑干应注意的问题,以及采用“单向升温常规强化基准”的好处。

Abstract: By Intensified Conventional Schedule with Unidirectional Raising Temperature in 82 type drying kiln with fans located on the lower side, rubberwood could be dried more rapidly. It only took 16 hours and 36 hours respectively to dry 2cm boards from 60% m. c. to 10% m. c., and 5×5cm squares from 45% m. c. to 8% m. c.. Drying 3.8cm boards from 47% m. c. to 10%m.c. took four days by heating for 12 hours in day time and stopping heating at night. The quality of the boards and squares dried in the above three tests all came up to first class standard. This means that the drying time was reduced to one third to one fifth as compared with other rubberwood producing coun tries.Problems that should be paid attention to in the rapid drying of rubber-wood as well as the advantages of the Intensified Conventional Schedule with Unidirectional Raising Temperature are also discussed in this paper.
