摘要: <正>本文选用普遍使用的BASIC语言,依据最大出材率原理,编制了制材生产中广泛采用的毛板下锯法和四面下锯法的程序。它为制材厂的生产计划和管理人员进行生产管理与控制提供了可靠的依据。它不仅能节省计算时间和预报生产情况,而且为合理加工原木和提高出材率打下了基础。

Abstract: This paper presents an initial research into the sawing scheme drawn up by computers in sawmills. With the help of the widely accepted BASIC language, and the principle of maximum lumber recovery, a program has been worked out for the widely adopted through-and-through sawing and slabbed cant sawing. It can not only provide a better basis for the planning of production and management in sawmills, but also save a lot of time. It can also predict the situation in production and help increase lumber recovery.
