摘要: <正>木质蜂窝空芯板是以旋切碎单板经加工成规格尺寸,再排列成蜂窝状作芯层,两边覆单板胶合而成的一种复合空芯结构板材。主要研究其芯层单板的排列结构和它的制造加工工艺对板材力学性能的影响。也提出了可实现机械化生产的蜂窝芯层单板排列结构形式和它的全过程生产工艺。测定的板材主要力学性能为: MOR:14.2~21.5 (MPa);MOE:2~2.7 (10~3×MPa) IB:0.21~0.43 (MPa);密度:0.149~0.206 (g/cm~3)

Abstract: Wood cellular plywood is a naw kind of composition cellular plywood. The manufacture, of the planet is to arrange the piece veneer which is made into cellular stock with definite sizes and to put veneer on its hoth surface, and then to glue them together. In this paper, the influences on mechanical properties of the planet, such as arrangement of the piece veneer in the core stock and its manufacture technology, are studied. This paper also puts forward a type of the piece veneer arrangement which can be made by mechanization and whole manufacture technology. The main mechanical properties are tested. They areMOR. 14.2~21.6(MPa); MOE. 2~2.7(103MPa);IB. 0.21~0.43(MPa); Density. 0.149~0.206(g/cm3).
