摘要: <正>竹材胶合板主要作为结构材使用,要求有良好的耐候性。研究表明:使用水溶性酚醛树脂胶作为胶粘剂能满足使用要求。胶合工艺中,由于竹片的硬度、厚度误差都比木材单板大,因此要求有比木材胶合板更高的单位压力方能获得良好的胶合质量。主要的胶合工艺条件是:热压温度140℃,单位压力3.0MPa,热压时间1.1min/mm,竹片的含水率<10%。

Abstract: Bamboo plywood is mainly used for a structural material, which needs a good weather-proof property. The research results show that the use of water-solubility phenol formaldehyde resin can meet the need of properties for application. During gluing, the errors both hardness and thickness for bamboo sheets are higher than that for wood-veneer, so the, compression pressure for bamboo plywood is higher than that for wood-plywood to obtain a good bond quality. Here are the main processing conditions, heat pressing temperature: 140℃,compression pressure: 3 MPa, heat pressing time: 1.1 min, the humidity of bamboo sheets:<10%.
