细叶结缕草锈病的研究

摘要: <正>细叶结缕草锈病(Puccinia zoysia Diet)主要以菌丝在冬季未枯死的草叶上越冬。次年产生的夏孢子堆为主要初次侵染来源。人工接种在20℃~35℃之间潜育期为7~12天,在25℃潜育期仅为7~9天。细叶结缕草锈病发病高峰期随草坪种植早迟和越冬菌源的多少而不同,一般多在5~9月。防治试验结果表明:粉锈宁乳剂对细叶结缕草锈病效果明显。

Abstract: The rust of Zoysia tenufolia overwinters mainly in form of hyphae in the leaves which do not through winter. The urediospores developed by the hyphae next year are the main primary inocula of the disease. The incubation period of the disease is 7 to 12 days under the temperature from 20℃ to 35℃ , and only 7 to 9 days under 25℃. The peak period of the disease varies with the time when the lawn is set up and the amount of the overwintered pathogen, and appears generally between May and September. The result of the control test shows that triadimefon is very effective to control the rust of Zoysia tenufolia.
