摘要: <正>在一定范围内提高热压温度、单位压力或延长热压时间,均有利于提高单板层积材的物理力学性能,但温度过高、压力过大、时间过长,总的效果反而不好。在实验室条件下,较为理想的分步热压工艺条件为:热压温度T=130℃、单位压力P=1.3MPa、热压时间t=210s。

Abstract: The research shows that increasing hot pressing temperature, pressure and time can improve physical-mechanical properties of LVL. But it is not fine to total results with temperature to be too high, pressure too large and time too long. Under the condition of laboratory experiments, the ideal hot pressing technology is that hot pressing temperature is 130℃, unit pressure 1.3MPa and time 210s.
