由竹叶制取叶绿素铜钠盐的研究

摘要: <正>本文研究了以竹叶、杨树叶等为原料制取叶绿素铜钠盐的工艺步骤和工艺条件,结果表明,用95%乙醇为主要溶剂萃取,经过5%NaOH溶液皂化,再用CuSO_4进行铜化反应,并以NaOH成盐等步骤。所得叶绿素铜钠盐产品符合国家食品添加剂标准GB3262-82,得率0.25%~0.3%(以鲜竹叶为基准)。

Abstract: This paper has studied the technological process and reaction conditions of the preparation of sodium copper chlorophyllin from bamboo and poplar leaves. The resu(?), show the best reaction conditions as follows: extraction by mixture of ethanol and acetone, soaption for 50min by 5% NaOH, reaction with 20% CuSO4 for 30min at 80℃ , preparation of sodium copper chlorophyllin by NaOH. The quality of our product accords with the specification of National Standard for food additives GB3262-82. Yields 0.25%-0.3% (fresh bamboo leaves)
