摘要: <正>目前,胶合板生产热压工艺中的单位压力通常在1.2~1.5MPa之间,所采用垫板都是金属垫板,胶合板压缩率大,出材率低。本试验结果表明在确保胶合板的胶合强度达到或超过国家标准的情况下,意大利杨树压缩率由原来的12%~14%下降到6%~8%,取得了预期的效果。

Abstract: At present,the unit pressure for hot pressing on plywood manufacturing usually is 1. 2~ 1. 5 MPa,the metal pads are used, the compression rate is high and the plywood recovery is low. In this paper testing results indicate that in order to ensure bonding strength of plywood to reach or exceed international standard,the compression is reduced from 12%-14% to 6%-8%. Therefore, the desired results have been achieved.
