摘要: <正>在超微结构水平上研究了杉木花粉壁的发育。杉木花粉壁的发育可分为3个阶段:即减数分裂、四分体和游离小孢子。研究认为,杉木花粉壁的各层除乌氏体及部分物质外,均由小孢子自身发育而成。
Abstract: Pollen wall development of Cunninghamia lanceolata has been investigated with electron microscope. The development can be divided into three phases: mciosis, tetrad and free spore. The primary walls in the mciosis phase are thin and equal and their thickens constantly increase so that they present several layers. The intine is such development extremely in the area of the aperture that the papilla is formed. This paper suggests that the microsporc formed all layers of pollen wall except Ubisch bodies in Cunninghamia lanceolata.
