病死木上松材线虫的存在及数量消长

摘要: <正>在江苏南京地区,3月间检验前一年感染松材线虫病枯死的黑松植株,发现在多数病死木的主干、枝条及伐桩的木质部有松材线虫。携带病原线虫的枝条直径为0.5~4.0cm,一般以直径1.5~2.0cm的枝条中,含量较高。枝条中的虫口密度,明显高于主干。枝、干材中松材线虫的数量,随着季节推移而有显著变化。3月份,供试材中为单一的松材线虫存在着;4月份,常见松材线虫与其它种类线虫混生在一起;7月中旬后,所有供试的主干、枝条及伐桩内,松材线虫均自然消失。

Abstract: Samples were collected from different positions of deceased pine infected by B. xylophilus last year during the month of March in Nanjing area of Jiangsu province. B. xylophilus were met with in the main trunks, lumbering stumps and branches of most deceased woods. Generally, a relatively high density of nematodes was found in the diseased branches in diameter from 1. 5-2. 0 cm. It is quite evident that the nematode density in branches was much more as compared with trunks. The amount of nematode in branches and trunks obviously varied with the seasonal changes.
