摘要: <正>用超薄切片和透射电镜技术观察了中国鹅掌楸花粉母细胞的减数分裂。发现胞间层的溶解、胼胝质的沉积、染色质的凝集和细胞质、细胞器的降解改组是同步发生而又相伴发育的。核分裂过程与被子植物花粉母细胞的减数分裂是相似的。胞质分裂属同时型和连续型之间的过渡类型。胞质分裂是由异型和同型缢裂沟完成的,并伴随胼胝质壁的向心生长,没有观察到细胞板的形成。最后提供了减数分裂异常的种种图象。探讨了花粉败育的机理。

Abstract: Ultrathin section and transmission electron microscope were used to observe the meiotic in the pollen mother cell of Liriodendron chinense(Hemsl. ) Sarg. At the beginning of meiotic, the solution of intercellular lager, the contraction of chromatin and degradation or neorganization of cytoplasmic and organelles had a synchrony in initial development with the depsition of callose. Nuclear division was the same as the meiotic of the pollen mother cell in angiosperm. The cytokinesis was an intermediate type between successive and simultaneous types. The cytokinesis were completed by the formation of heterotypic and homeotypic furrow, and also accompanied by the centripetal deposition of callose wall. The formation of cell plates was not found. All provided sorts of figures showed that abnormal meiotic at last led to abortion were provided, and the mechanism of the abortion was also discussed.
