松科植物属间核型进化关系初探

摘要: <正>本文报道了对松科8个属54个种核型材料聚类分析的结果。通过与形态、生化及地理分布方面研实结果比较,认为松科各属在进化过程中除主流方向外,还可能存在“逆转”。各属的进化关系为:Pinus——→Picea——→Cedrus——→Tsuga→Abies——→Keteleeria→Larix→Pseudotsuga

Abstract: Results were reported of evolution relationship among 8 genera of Pinaceae through cluster analysis of their karyotypes. Comparisons were made between results of this study and those of morphology, biochemistry and geography distribution studies. It was concluded that there was probably " inverse" besides main trend in the evolution of Pinaceae.It was argued that the chromsome evolution relationships among the genera studied were: Pimis →Picea →Cedrus→Tsuga →Abies→Keteleeria→Larix→Pseudotsuga.
