摘要: <正>硫杆菌的应用是生物技术的一个重要组成部分。本文介绍硫杆菌的接种、培养及硫杆菌应用于黄铜矿和方铅矿矿样转化的研究。用碳酸钠作为强化碳源,在不恒温的条件下能够对矿样进行转化,并用配位滴定法可进行快速、简便的测试。

Abstract: The application of Thiobacillus is an important part of biological technique. The study of Thiobacillus inoculation, culture and its application to biohydrometallurgy of copper pyrite and lead glance is introduced in this paper. The experiments showed that sodium carbonate could be used as strong carbon source to transform mine sample into sulphate solution even under the inconstant temperature conditions; to determine the transformation with coordination tirate fast and easily.
