摘要: <正>本文报道了后黄卷叶蛾颗粒体病毒野生型毒株(NJHmGV)形态特征、组织病理、感染试验及人工增殖等方面的研究成果。该病毒包含体为卵形、椭圆形,大小平均为210nm×330nm,病毒粒子为杆状,大小平均为45nm×210nm。主要侵染寄主昆虫的脂肪体和体壁真皮细胞;有较强的致病力,对后黄卷叶蛾3龄幼虫的LC_(50)为3.42×10~(-5)mg·mL~(-1)。

Abstract: This paper reported the isolation, morphological character of Homoma magnamma granulosis virus (Hm GV) , and its tissue pathological changes and identification. This virus infringes fat bodies, blood cell and skin of the larva forming granulosis bodies in the cell cytoplasm, and its infectivity was found very high. The concentration of HmGV for 3th instar Humona magnamma larvae to determine the LC50 is 3. 42 × 10-5 mg·mL-1. According to the international classification system, it belongs to Bacuovirus subgroup B. It is one of the species of granulosis virus (GV).
