摘要: <正>用IDS法处理樟子松、杉木种子,发现樟子松种子中的空粒和饱满死亡种粒以及杉木种子中几乎所有的空粒和大部分涩粒能被有效地清除。
Abstract: The effects of IDS method for seed conditioning were studied. The samples were also checked by x-radiography. After IDS treatment, the result showed that the germination percentage of Pinus sylvestris uar. mongolica rose from 57% (Control) to as high as about 94%. All of the empty seeds and most of the seeds with tannin-like substance could be removed from Sample of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
