摘要: <正>3H-亮氨酸标记试验表明。美洲黑杨I-69(69杨)树叶内的多酚氧化酶(PPO)水解产物含有亮氨酸;3H-亮氨酸可以直接掺入I-69杨叶内PPO的合成。局部提纯标记老叶PPO水解产物的3H-亮氨酸DPM/mg蛋白质比对照的高出11%。局部提纯标记嫩叶PPO水解产物的3H-亮氨酸DPM/mg蛋白质比对照的高出35%。嫩叶PPO的3H-亮氨酸DPM/活力单位比老叶的高出71%。嫩叶比老叶能更多更快地直接利用亮氨酸的掺入来合成活性PPO。

Abstract: The technology of radiosoitope indicated that the hydrolysate of Polyphenoloxidase (PPO) from leaves of populus deltoides Ⅰ-69 contained leucine. 3H-leucine could be directly incorporated into the synthesis of PPO from old and young leaves of populus deltoides Ⅰ-69. The DPM per mg protein of purification of labelled PPO from young leaf was enhanced 35 Percent as compared with the control. The DPM per mg protein of purification of labelled PPO from old leaf was enhanced 11 percent as compared with the control. The DPM per unit of young leaf PPO was enhanced 71 percent as compared with that of old leaf. These indicated that young leaves could directly use leucine to synthesize PPO more than old leaves could.
