摘要: <正>火炬松和湿地松菌根根际的粘胶层空间范围均大于其普通根根际,前者为50μm×55μm和90μm×70μm,后者力20μm×(30~40)μm和50μm。粘胶层范围的增大,既有真菌菌丝产生的粘胶物质,也含真菌菌丝本身。

Abstract: The ranges of mucilage layer in mycorrhizosphere of loblolly pine and slash pine were foundwider than their common root rhizospheres. The former varies within a range of 50 μm× 55μm and90 μm ×70 μm, and the latter within a range of 20 μm ×(30~ 40) μm and 50 μm. The ranges of mucilsge layer expand owing to the activity of mycorrhizas, producing not only mucilages but also fungalhyphae themselves.
