摘要: <正>对杉木4组不同杂交组合的亲本和子代用改进的DEAE阴离子交换柱色谱法和硅胶薄层色谱法分离制备针叶磷脂酰甘油,用气相色谱法测定了它们的脂肪酸组成。结果表明杉木针叶中PG脂肪酸的组成主要有棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和3反式十六碳一烯酸。不同杂交组合的测定结果表明杉木抗寒性有较强的遗传性。几个测定指标中,IUFA(不饱和指数)较好地反映了杉木抗寒性的相对大小。

Abstract: The phosphatidylglycerol from the needles of different crosses of Chinese fir were isolated using our improved method of DEAE CL6B column chromatography and silica thin layer chromatography after being extracted with chloroform and methanol. A quantitative analysis was conducted by gas chromatography on a DBFFAP column. The results showed that there were main five compositions of fatty acid in phosphatidylglycerol in the needles of Chinese fir. IUFA could reflect the ralative ability to chilling of Chinese fir, and it could be considered as one of indexes to evaluate the ability of chilling_resistance.
