<正>系统分析和讨论了阳离子树脂型ＡＫＤ施胶剂的制备工艺和影响乳液性能的多种因素。发现ＡＫＤ乳化温度和时间、分散剂的选择和树脂的阳离子度对ＡＫＤ胶的粒径、乳液稳定性及施胶效能有较大的影响。结果表明树脂型ＡＫＤ胶具有更高的阳电荷密度、更长的有效贮存期和更好的施胶效能，且不易霉变。

This paper systematically analyses the preparing technology of the cationic resin AKD size and the factors of the effecting AKD sizing efficency. It was found that the emulsifing temperature and time, the choice of the dispersants, and the charge density of the resin had a great effect on AKD quality. The result shows that the AKD size emulsified with cationic resin has higher charge density, longer storage life and better sizing efficiency, and also no susceptibility to moulds.
