Abstract: This paper studies the running modes of the stream at the conflict points and advances a viewpoint that the conflicting streams use the resource of the conflict points in turn. And a calculate model is set up to deal with the delay at the conflict points in nonsignal intersection’s. Finally, an instance’s calculate result shows that the delay at conflict points of non_signal intersections is related to the volume of the conflict streams.
