摘要: <正>以二聚环戊二烯和马来酸酐为原料,合成内亚甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐( 简称NA) 。以NA、邻苯二甲酸酐、马来酸酐和乙二醇为原料,合成了新型不饱和聚酯树脂(NAUP树脂) 。研究了不同配方及合成方法对树脂性能的影响,通过对合成树脂的物化性能、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的测试,选出了综合性能较好、工艺简单、原料成本较低的NAUP树脂配方和合成方法。合成的NAUP树脂不仅性能优于通用型商品树脂,而且原料成本较低,可以替代通用型商品不饱和聚酯树脂。

Abstract: Nadic anhydride was obtained from Diels Alder reaction between cyclopentadiene and maleic anhydride.NA was used in synthesizing NA UP resin to partly replace phthalic anhydride which was usually used in synthesizing ordinary unsaturated polyester resin.Results of quality tests show that the NA UP resin compositions have good overall characteristics and a more simple technological process.Compared with the ordinary commerical UP resin,NA UP resin has better qualities and lower cost,hence it can be used to replace ordinary UP resin.
