摘要: <正>结合南京绕城公路二期工程沥青混合料的生产过程,从原材料的质量和混合料的配合比控制以及混合料生产过程中的拌和、出料质量控制两个方面,探讨了进行沥青混合料质量控制的技术问题。严格控制原材料的质量、配合比以及在生产过程中注意控制矿料的级配和拌和时的油温,可以保证沥青混合料的质量,从而保证沥青路面结构应有的使用品质。

Abstract: To bituminous pavements, the quality of the road surface makes the vital influence on the applied pavement quality and its longevity. The quality control of the road surface of the bituminous pavement mainly consists of two aspects, road material quality control and construction technology control. The quality of road material is decided by the raw material and product material while the construction technology control is decided by the on-site supervision and the process of the construction. This article discusses the technological problems of asphalt mixture quality control from two aspects respectively combined with the asphalt mixing material production process of the 2nd Period Engineering of Nanjing’s Ring Road. One is the quality of raw material and the mixture ratio control of the mixture material and the other is the mixture during the processing of mixture material production and the product quality control. The strict control of the quality of raw material, mixing rate, level mixture during the process and the oil temperature when mixture is being done will make sure the quality of asphalt mixing material in order to keep good applied quality of the construction of asphalt pavements.
