摘要: <正>用GC -MS鉴定、HPLC分离制备了苦豆碱和脱氢苦豆碱 ,并用浸渍法对这两种生物碱进行杀松材线虫活性的测定。结果表明 ,含有仲胺型氮原子的苦豆碱比含叔胺型氮原子的脱氢苦豆碱具更强的杀线活性 ,为双稠哌啶类生物碱结构与杀线活性间构效关系的假说提供了新证据

Abstract: Nematictdal activities of two alkaloids ,aloperine and Δ 11 dehydroaloperine identified by GC-MS and separated by preparative HPLC,were assayed with the immersion bioassay. Results showed that aloperine containing >N H functional group in its structure displayed much stronger nematicidal activity than Δ 11 dehydroaloperine with >N moiety. The results provided new proof for the hypothesis proposed by Zhao Bo guang on the relationship between molecular structures of quinolizidine alkaloids and their nematicidal activities.
