Studies on Resistance Mechanisms of Masson Pine Provenance Resistance to Pine Wood Nematode (PWN)

摘要: <正>在 1 995~ 1 998年连续 4a的人工接种试验中 ,从全国 40个马尾松种源中选出的广西 2号、广西 3号和广东 5号 3个抗松材线虫病种源的抗性稳定 ,无任何感病症状 ,其它种源均有不同程度的感病症状。抗病种源的抗性表现与下列因子有关 :① 3个抗病种源生长势均是较旺盛的 ;②抗病马尾松种源CAT的活性强于敏感和轻感种源 ;③抗病种源广西 2号的 1 0种游离氨基酸含量较其它感病和敏感种源的含量低 ;④抗病种源树体内的中性、酸性和水溶性化合物含量高 ,将三类化合物作培养试验时 ,有明显抑制松材线虫繁殖的作用

Abstract: During 1995~1998, the artificial inoculation test of 40 provenance was carried out to select the resistant masson pine, Pinus massoniana , which were resistant to PWN, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus , in south China. The selection results showed that: The death rate of pathogenesis (DRP) and index of pathogenesis (IP) of three resistant provenance are 0% and 0 respectively. The rate of selection of resistant provenance is 7.5%. The test results also showed that the resistance of 15 year old of 3 selected resistant provenances is stable and reliable.The resistance of masson pine is related to the four main factors that the vigorous growth, the vigorous metabolism, the less content of free amino acid and variant content of second metabolic compounds of GX2, GX3 and GD5 of three provenance were resistant to PWN disease.
