杉木两水平双列杂交亲本配合力分析

摘要: <正>对两套杉木亲本在种源和个体两水平的双列杂交试验进行了遗传分析。其中试验A选取的亲本材料主要来自于杉木的中心产区 ,主要生长性状经过了一般配合力测定 ,具有较高的遗传改良水平 ;试验B选取的亲本材料大部分来自于杉木的边缘产区 ,遗传改良程度较低。配合力分析结果表明 :杉木种源间杂交组合生长量存在显著的遗传差异 ,主要受一般配合力效应的影响 ;在个体水平上 ,试验A中一般配合力方差小于特殊配合力方差 ,试验B中则相反。因此在杉木生长性状的遗传改良中 ,一般配合力和特殊配合力具有相对的重要性 ,对于已经过一般配合力测定的材料 ,要加强特殊配合力的测定 ,而对于未经过一般配合力测定的材料 ,则其一般配合力的测定比特殊配合力的测定更重要。

Abstract: There were two sets of two level diallel cross experiments at the level of provenance and individual in Chinese fir which were analyzed in this paper. The parents of set A mainly from the center distribution areas were selected in growth traits and had a high genetically improved level. The parents of set B mostly from the marginal distribution areas had a low genetically improved level. The analysis result of combining ability showed that the cross between provenances had a significant difference predominantly due to the GCA effect. At the level of individual, the GCA variance was less than the SCA variance in set A, but it was converse in set B. Therefore, in the procedure of genetic improvement of growth traits in Chinese fir, SCA and GCA are of relative importance. For those materials which were tested by GCA, the next breeding work should be paid on the cross to achieve high SCA. As for the material which hasnt been tested by GCA before, the GCA test is more important than the SCA test.
