<正>:对影响中国造纸工业柔性生产的因素进行了分类分析。这些因素可分为结构性因素(包括生产线的规模和设备的技术先进性 ) ,基础性因素 (指计算机一体化程度 ,劳动力素质 )和管理性因素 (指管理者对柔性生产的重视程度 ) ,就这些因素对柔性生产的影响程度进行了定性和定量的研究 ,对造纸企业在提高生产规模与增加产品品种之间的权衡提出了建议。

This research on China Pulp and Paper(P&P) industrys flexible production is advanced on domestic, it has higher academic value and applied value. The thesis focuses on what factors influence on China P&P industrys flexible production and how the factors influence. The factors are classified into three: (1) structure factor which includes the scale of production line, the advantage of equipment and technology; (2) foundation factor which includes the integration degree of computer, labors true quality; (3) management factor which means the degree of manager to pay attention to flexible production. At last the article gives pulp and paper mills some suggestions of how to raise the production scale and increase product species simultaneously.
