摘要: <正>通过种子萌发试验和幼苗盆栽试验 ,对不同浓度氯化钠处理下白蜡种子发芽质量指标和幼苗的钠钾含量、游离脯氨酸含量及存活率进行了测定分析。结果表明 :①随着盐分浓度的提高 ,白蜡种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数均下降。②不同浓度盐处理之间幼苗叶片的游离脯氨酸含量变化明显。③随着盐分浓度的提高 ,Na+浓度升高 ,Na+/K+比上升 ,幼苗存活率逐渐下降。

Abstract: In this paper, authors have investigated the changes of physiologcal indexes of Fraxinus velutina under various NaCl concentrations. The results are as follows:(1)The absolute germination percentage, germination viability, germination index and vitality index decrease with salt concentrations increased.(2) Free proline contents of the leaves of seedling leaves under different salt concentrations increase compared with the control, and the variations among them are noticeable.(3) With NaCl concentrations increased, the contents of Na + and the ratio Na +/K + of leaves increase, But the survival rates of seedlings decrease.
