杨树无性系的磷营养效率差异

Interclonal Differences in Phosphorus Efficiency of Poplar

摘要: <正>以杨树的8个无性系为试材,采用土培试验,探讨了无性系间的磷营养效率差异。结果表明杨树无性系之间存在着明显的磷营养效率差异。在缺磷胁迫下(-P处理)无性系 S17,S19和 105的地上部分生物量分别为 55. 15,48. 28和 49. 25 g/株,与磷充足(十P)处理相比,缺磷胁迫使它们的生物量减少均不超过 30%,属于I级高效型无性系。无性系 106, 797和 I- 69的生物量分别为 35.45,31.45和 28. 35 g/株,缺磷胁迫使其生物量分别下降 29%,43%和54%,属磷营养效率低效型无性系为Ⅲ级。无性系1388和 3244属磷营养效率极低型无性系,为Ⅳ级,生物量分别只有23.05,23.94 g/株,缺磷胁迫使其生物量下降约50%左右。8个无性系中,没有发现磷营养效率为Ⅱ级的无性系。

Abstract: The differences in phosphorus efficiency among 8 hydrid poplar clones of S17, (Populus deltoides×P. cathayana), S19, (Populus deltoides×P. cathayana), 105 (Populus deltoides×P. simonii), 106(Populus deitoides×P. simonii ), I- 69 (Populus deltoides Bartr. cv. Lux), 797 (Populus deltoides×P. euramericana ), 1388 (Populus deltoides×P. euramericana), and 3244 (Populus deltoides ) were studied by the method of soil culture in greenhouse. The results showed that the phosphorus efficiencies varied among the treated poplar clones, as indicated with the above- ground biomass of clones under P deficient stress. Clone S17,S19,and 105 were efficient phosphorus absorbers and ranked in Grade A of high phosphorus efficiency because of their large biomasses of 55. 15, 48. 28 and 49. 25 g/seedling, respectively; and comparative small biomass decrements (less than 30% ). Similarly, the phosphorus efficiencies of clone 106, 797, and I- 69 were considered as Grade C, as associated with their quite lower biomasses of 35. 45,31. 45 and 28. 35 g/seedling, respectively; and their larger biomass decrements(around 50% ) in - P treatments, in comparison with +P treatments. The biomass of 1388 and 3244 were the lowest, only 23. 05 and 23. 94 g/seedling, therefore, the most inefficient P absorbers of Grade D. None of the poplar clones was found as Grade B in this study.
