美洲黑杨×欧美杨新无性系苗期木材密度的遗传变异

摘要: <正>利用 ED-120 T电子密度计测定了美洲黑杨(Populus deltoides Bartr. cv.’Lux’(I-69/55))×欧美杨(P. euramericana cv. I-45)F1 91个新无性系的苗期气干材密度。方差分析结果表明91个无性系的气干材密度存在极显著差异,遗传分析结果表明苗期气干材密度受中等强度的遗传控制。

Abstract: Genetic analysis of seedling stage dry-wood densities establishes the basis of seedling stage breeding and the high efficiency of wood breeding. Seedling stage dry-wood densities of 91 clones of F1 generation of Populus deltoides Bartr. cv. ’Lux’ (I-69/55) × P. euramericana cv. I-45 has been analyzed by ED-120T electronic density meter. Analysis of variance illuminates extremely significant difference of dry-wood densities of 91 clones. The result of genetic analysis show that seedling stage dry-wood density is controlled by medium heredity.
