摘要: <正>通过正交实验研究了过氧化氢用量、氧气压力、最高温度、保温时间等条件对麦草氧化碱木质素表面活性、氧化木质素中酸溶及酸不溶木质素含量的影响。结果表明 ,对氧化木质素表面活性及氧化后木质素中酸溶木质素的含量产生影响的 4个因素的主次顺序为 :过氧化氢用量 ,最高温度 ,保温时间 ,氧气压力。当过氧化氢用量为 2 0 %、最高温度 90℃、保温时间 0 .5h、氧气压力 0 .6MPa时 ,氧化木质素的表面活性最好。当过氧化氢用量为 2 0 %、最高温度 90℃、保温时间1h、氧气压力 0 .4MPa时 ,氧化木质素中酸溶木质素所占的比例最高

Abstract: This paper discussed the influences of H 2O 2 usage, temperature, reaction time, O 2 pressure on surface activity, content of acid soluble lignin of oxidized wheat straw alkaline lignin.The orders of four factors were all listed as H 2O 2 usage, temperature, reaction time, O 2 pressure. While 20% H 2O 2 applied, the wheat straw alkaline lignin oxidized at optimized conditions as: temperature of 90 ℃, reaction time of 0.5 h, O 2 pressure of 0.6 MPa had the best surface activity. Oxidized on reaction conditions with H 2 O 2 usage of 20%, temperature of 90 ℃, reaction time of 1 h and O 2 pressure of 0.4 MPa, the oxidized lignin had the highest content of acid soluble lignin.
