Preparation of Acryloyl Chloride by Adding Acrylic Acid in Drops and Distilling Continuously

摘要: <正>介绍了以丙烯酸和三氯氧磷为原料 ,采用连续加料蒸馏法 ,制备丙烯酰氯的新方法。结果表明 ,连续加料蒸馏法制备丙烯酰氯 ,可效地减少聚合物的生成 ,从而减少阻聚剂的用量 ,提高产物得率和纯度。在丙烯酸与三氯氧磷摩尔比为 1∶1反应时 ,丙烯酰氯的得率达 92 .2 % ,纯度 98.3 %。

Abstract: This article introduce a new method for preparation of a cryloyl chloride with acrylic acid and phosphorous oxychloride as raw materials and adopts a new technology that acrylic acid is added dropwise and acryloyl chl oride is distilled continuously.The results indicated that,owning to the signif icant decrease in the polymerization acrylic acid and acryloyl chloride by addin g reactant and distilling resultant continuousely,the demand of inhabitor could be decreased,so as to increase the yield and purity of the product.When the mole ratio of acrylic acid and phosphorous oxychloride is 1∶1,the yield of acryloy l chloride is 92.2%,the purity is 98.3%.
