摘要: <正>以芭蕉芋淀粉 (ST)和聚乙烯醇 (PVA)为原料 ,在甲醛、明胶、硼砂交联剂的作用下制备耐水性能良好的可生物降解的塑料薄膜。通过正交实验 ,确定了制取可生物降解薄膜的最佳工艺条件。该膜的拉伸强度为 1 5 .1 9~ 1 7.97MPa ,延伸率为 72 %~ 1 5 1 % ,已达到和超过GB445 6- 84标准 ;吸水率为 36%~ 61 %。

Abstract: The biodegradable plastic film was prepared by blending canna edulisker starch(ST)with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and crossing linking agents,such as formaldehyde,gelatin,borax.The suitable process conditions of preparing the plastic film having good water resistance and mechanical properties were determined.The stretching strength of this film is 15.19~17.97 MPa,and its extension rate is 72%~151%,which surpasses the GB4456 84 standard.The water absorption rate is 36%~61%.This film is a polymeric new material nowadays,with a low cost,availability and selfdegradability.It provids a reliable approach for resolving the pollution problem of plastic wastes.
