摘要: <正>利用RAPD标记技术对毛竹 (Ph .edulis)种下的 7个变型或栽培型及其同属的 2个近缘种进行遗传关系的研究。结果表明 ,( 1 )RAPD技术能将 7个毛竹的变型或栽培型与同属的两个近缘种明显区别开来。在毛竹 (Ph .edulis)种下也存在一定的遗传变异 ,其中圣音竹(Ph .edulisf.tubaeformis.)与其他毛竹的亲缘关系较远 ;( 2 )RAPD分子标记可以成为研究竹子种内遗传的有力工具

Abstract: Nine samples(seven cultivars or forms of Phyllostachys edulis and two affined species.)were tested with RAPD in order to assess their genetic relationship.The results indicated:(1)The Phyllostachys edulis could be distinctly distinguished from two affined species in the same genus.There was a genetic variation among seven forms or cultivars of Phyllostachys edulis , Ph.edulis f. tubaeformis was farther related to the other cultivars or forms of Phyllostachys edulis. (2)RAPD markers can be a powerful tool for genetic research on the infra species of bamboo.
