公路边茶园土壤与茶树中重金属的积累与分布

The Accumulation and Distribution of Heavy Metals in Teas on Both Sides of Highway

摘要: <正>研究了南京城郊 3 1 2国道旁茶树不同器官中重金属含量和分布规律。结果表明 :茶树不同器官中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、Zn含量有明显差异 ,含量范围分别是 1 .2~ 9.4、0 .0 6~ 0 .3 6、0 .84~ 0 .9、3 .6~ 1 2 .6、66~ 4 61、3 .7~ 7.6、1 8.2~ 3 5.9mg/kg。Pb、Cd、Zn嫩枝储存最多 ,Cu、Mn、Ni在叶中积累较多。茶树对Cd有富集作用 ;新陈代谢旺盛的器官蓄积能力强。汽车尾气排放的铅污染影响主要在公路两侧 60m左右的范围内。若不采取防污措施 ,公路两侧60m内不宜经营茶园。

Abstract: The heavy metals concentration and distribution in different organs of tea and in soil on the both sides of National Highway 312 are studied.The results show that Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Zn concentrations are significantly different in different organs of tea.The ranges of them respectively are 1.2~9.4 ,0.06~0.36,0.84~0.9,3.6~12.6,66~461,3.7~7.6,18.2~35.9 mg/kg.The concentrations of Pb,Cd,Zn are higher in tender branches.While the accumulation of Cu,Mn,Ni is higher in tea leave.Tea has the significant function of accumulating Cd.The concentration order of 7 heavy metals in tender leaves is Cu>Zn>Mn>Cd>Ni>Pb>Cr.Pb pollution from tail gases emitted by automobiles diffuses mainly within 60 m apart from the highway.Because tea is manufactured from tender leaves,the standard to decide whether it is suitable to plant tea trees in both sides of highways is the comparison between the Pb content in tender leaves and the National Health Standard.The study shows that the Pb content in tender leaves exceeds the National Health Standard when the distance of tea plantation from highways is less than 60 meters.So without protective measures,it is not suitable to plant tea plantation within above mentioned distance.
