摘要: <正>针对气体渗碳零件质量不稳定问题,使用测氧传感器对渗碳过程进行碳势控制。结果表明:单参数控制碳势波动大的主要原因是炉气中的CO含量不恒定。根据渗碳设备、工艺等具体情况,可采用单一渗剂,配制混合渗剂,稀释剂和富化剂按比例同步增减,以及用甲醇作稀释剂,醋酸乙脂作富化剂等4种处理。

Abstract: Carbon tendency controlled by singlefactor method was unstable in theory because the amount of CO was unconstant.According to carburizing devices and technologies of factories,authors solved these problems by using single penetrant,fixing different penetrants,increasing or decreasing the amounts of diluents and enrich agents in proportion and synchronization,and using alcohol as diluent and acetic ether as enrich agents.After these measures had been taken,the qualities of accessories had been greatly improved.
