A Study on the Ultramicroscopic Structure of Pinus massoniana in Strobil’s Starting Period Related to Change of Phenology

摘要: <正>对南京地区马尾松进行了物候学观察,并通过扫描电子显微镜对马尾松球花形成茎端结构的变化和花原基进行了动态观察。结果表明,马尾松为雌雄同株异花,但常表现出雌球花优势株,一般树体上部多为雌球花,雄球花在树体中下部;南京地区马尾松的花期是4月初至4月中旬,雄球花早于雌球花,但球花发端始于8月中下旬顶芽伸长停止后产生的腋芽原基,此次雄球花原基发端期在8月26日至9月2日,雌球花原基发端期为10月28日至11月4日。

Abstract: By the method of SEM, it is observed succesively in the process of strobilis formation of Pinus massoniana that the change of stem apex and the fermed of floral primordium.The result showed that there are a few plants only formed female strobil or male strobil.The starting period and the change of phenology of Pinus massoniana is not the same in different regions. It appears earlier in the region of low latitude and high temperature than that in the region of high latitude and low temperature.
