摘要: <正>介绍了植物体细胞胚胎发生技术的产生历史及国内外的研究进展;从细胞学、生物化学和分子生物学等方面综述了体细胞胚胎发生机理的研究现状;分析了体胚再生植株的遗传稳定性以及体胚系统作为遗传转化系统的重要应用价值和最新研究成果;同时对植物体胚发生研究中试验设计的重要性作了述评。

Abstract: The formation and current progress of somatic embryogenesis technique were systematically and comprehensively discussed in the article,in which the cytological,biochemical and molecular biological features of the studying on mechanism of somatic embryogenesis were also well analyzed.Furthermore,the genetic stability of regenerated individuals and the values used as a genetic transformation way on the embryogenesis system were also fully illustrated and the importance of the experimental design was reviewed too.
