非洲菊的离体培养及其快速繁殖

摘要: <正>选用非洲菊(GerberajamesoniiBolus)4个黑蕊花品种进行组培快繁研究。结果表明,长0.51.0cm的嫩叶在MS+2.0mg/L6 BA+0.1mg/LNAA培养基上1221d均可诱导出芽,分化频率60%以上;继代培养时MS+0.3mg/L6 BA+0.1mg/LNAA、MS+1.0mg/L6 BA+0.1mg/LNAA及MS+0.3mg/L6 BA+0.1mg/LPP333+0.1mg/LNAA3种培养基交替使用,平均增殖系数可达5.1;生根培养基为MS+0.1mg/LPP333+0.1mg/LNAA,生根率达95%以上;生根试管苗移栽于泥炭土中1520d可以成活,25d后可定植于大田,34个月即可开花。该研究为黑蕊花品种种苗产业化提供了快繁技术。

Abstract: The results of tissue culture and rapid propagation on 4 Gerbera cultivars were reported. Buds were induced from 0.5~1.0 cm long young leaves cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/L 6BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA for 12~21 days,with an induction rate higher than 60%.It was a best way for adventitious bud regeneration.Three kinds of media:viz.MS+0.3 mg/L 6BA +0.1 mg/L NAA,MS+1.0 mg/L 6BA+0.1 mg/L NAA and MS+0.3 mg/L 6BA+0.1 mg/L PP333+0.1 mg/L NAA were used alternatively for propagation of bud subculture,and the average propagation coefficient was 5.1.The medium of MS+0.1 mg/L PP333+0.1 mg/L NAA were used for rooting,and the rooting rate was more than 95%.Rooted plantlets could survive after 15~20 days when they were transferred to peat.They could be planted in field after 25 days and could flower after 3~4 months.An efficient and rapid production system has been successfully developed to propagate Gerberas.
