<正>从不同立地条件的6种相思林中采集根瘤并分离14株根瘤菌,将其接种到厚荚相思幼苗。结果表明,从广西本地分离的土著根瘤菌比对照菌株L1(从中国林科院引进的外来优良菌种)有更好的共生效应。从综合效应看,多数菌株接种的厚荚相思幼苗与对照相比,其苗高生长量增加4.5%~18.6%,地径生长量增加2.5%~46.8%,固氮酶活性提高7.6%~241.8%,叶绿素含量提高11.0%~19.1%,叶片硝酸还原酶活性提高3.3%~34.4%,叶片含氮量提高7.4%~43.8%,叶片含磷量提高9.1%~72.7%,叶片含钾量提高8.3%,叶片含钙量提高7.3%~41.5%,叶片含镁量提高12.5%~25.0%,叶片含铁量提高10%以上。
Abstract
14 strains Acacia rhizobia were isolated from different Acacias growing different stands,and Acacia crassicarpa seedlings were inoculated with those Acacia rhizobia.The results showed that the indigenous rhizobia were better than the control L1,the seedlings height growth inoculated with Hei 1,Ma 6,Hou 5 and Zhi 1 strains were increased 4.5%~18.6% more than that of the control L1,the seedlings diameter growth inoculated with the indigenous rhizobia were increased 2.5%~46.8% more than that of the control L1 except Hou 1,Za 2 and Tai 1,the nitrogenase activities that inoculated with Zhi 4,Ma 5,Za 1 and Ma 6 strains were increased 7.6%~241.8% more than that of the control L1,the chlorophyll contents of the seedlings inoculated with Zhi 1,Ma 5,Ma 3,Ma 6,Hou 1,Za 1 and Hou 8 were increased 11.0%~19.1% more than that of the control L1,Nitrate reductase activity of seedling leaves inoculated with Hou 6,Tai 1,Ma 3,Zhi 1,Ma 6 and Zhi 4 were increased 3.3%~34.4% more than that of the control L1,the N contents of the seedling leaves inoculated with Za 2,Zhi 4,Hou 6,Hou 8 and Hei 1 were increased 7.4%~43.8% more than that of the control L1,the P contents of the seedling leaves inoculated with indigenous rhizobia except Za 1 were increased 9.1%~72.7% more than that of the control L1,the K contents of the seedling leaves inoculated with Ma 3 were increased 8.3% more than that of the control L1,the Ca contents of the seedling leaves inoculated with indigenous rhizobia except Hou 1,Hou 6 and Hou 8 were increased 7.3%~41.5% more than that of the control L1,the Mg contents of the seedling leaves inoculated with indigenous rhizobia except Hou 1,Hou 6,Hou 8 and Hei 1 were increased 12.5%~25.0% more than that of the control L1,the Fe contents of the seedling leaves inoculated with Hou 1,Ma 5,Ma 6,Za 1,Za 2 and Tai 1 were increased more 10.0% than that of the control L1.
