摘要: <正>采用一级化学沉淀-氨吹脱-二级化学沉淀-A/O生化法流程,研究酮酞菁生产废水处理的方法,分析了铜氨络合物、pH、水温、SO2-4等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在消除铜氨络合物的影响后,采用二级沉淀可有效地回收金属铜及降低水中剩余Cu2+的含量,A/O生化法可最终保证出水达到一级排放标准(GB8978-96)。

Abstract: The copper phthalocyanine wastewater is treated with physical and chemical pretreatment and A/O treatment process.The effects are studied on treatment results with pH,SO2-4,water temperature and cuprammonia complex ion separately are studied.The experiment result shows that the two stage deposition treatment processes are efficient in callback copper and reduce remnant copper ion in wastewater by eliminating cuprammonia complex ion.The treated effluent conforms to the effluent standard(GB8978-96) on A/O biochemical treatment process finally.
