相思树种根瘤菌的若干抗逆特性

A Study on Some Tolerance to Stresses of Acacia Rhizobium

摘要: <正>研究了15个分离自不同生态环境的相思树种根瘤菌菌株对温度、pH、NaCl的耐受性以及抗药性。结果表明,相思树种的根瘤菌有着丰富的抗逆菌株。高温(39℃)下生长较好的菌株有S09号;耐酸性(pH4.5,5.0)菌株有S14号;耐碱性(pH9.0)菌株有S04号和S06号;耐盐能力较强(1.5%NaCl)的菌株有S02号、S03号、S05号和S13号。所有供试菌株对氨苄青霉素(Amp)均无抗性;不同菌株对其余抗菌素表现出不同的抗性,S11和S13的抗性相对较强,S07的抗性则较差。

Abstract: In order to research the stress-tolerant of rhizobium isolated from Acacia nodules,15 strains of Acacia rhizobium,which were isolated from Acacia plantation growed in red soil and different ecological environment in Guangxi Province,were used as materials in this study,and their stress-tolerant to temperature,pH,NaCl and intrinsic antibiotics resistance(IAR) were compared in this paper.The results showed that there were reach strains with stress-tolerant from Acacia rhizobium.Among of them,strain S09 with superior tolerant to high temperature(39 ℃) were found.S14 were tolerant to acid(pH 4.5,5.0) and S04,S06 was tolerant to alkai(pH 9.0).Four strains could grow in media containing 1.5% NaCl.Different resistance of Acacia rhizobia to intrinsic antibiotics was proved.Strain S11 and S13 had superior resistance but S07 was poorer.All strains were not resistant to Amp.
