摘要： <正>以带叶嫩枝为扦插材料,蛭石为基质,采用全光照喷雾法,研究了不同激素处理、不同单株、有无顶芽等因子对银杏雄株插穗生根的影响。结果表明,以木质素酸钠(ASL)处理100年左右树龄的银杏A2单株制成的带顶芽插穗,扦插效果最好,生根率达91.95%。

Abstract: Tests were carried out with different external-hormone,different trees and whether it has top-buds to find the effect of rooted rate.The cuttings with top buds were prepared from about 100 year old A_2 tree,and dipped in 500 mg/kg ASL solution before being planted in a cutting bed.Under these conditions,the effect is best,callus is formed,and 91.95% of cuttings have formed numerous rootlets.
