摘要: <正>采用4种常用植物材料DGC、SGR、CTA、SL对芦荟凝胶进行稳定化处理,并通过正交实验确定了4种植物的最佳质量分数分别为:DGC0.2%,SGR0.1%,CTA0.05%,SL0.2%。结果表明,凝胶经4种植物稳定处理后在30℃下可保存65d,常温下可存放7个月不变质。这4种植物对芦荟凝胶具有显著的协同保鲜作用,是具有开发前景的天然防腐抗氧化材料。

Abstract: The stabilization of aloe gel by adding common plants was studied.The optimum dosage of four kinds of plants by orthogonal test was as follows:DGC 0.2%,SGR 0.1%,CTA 0.05%,SL 0.2%.The storage duration of gel treated by these four plants was 65 days at 30 ℃ and even reached seven months at room temperature.The results showed that these four kinds of plants have obvious synergetic effects on stabilizing aloe and brilliant exploitation prospects as natural antiseptic and oxidationresistant materials.
